CBD Center — Local services in Fresno

I had to changed my original one star review for a full 5 start one. This is why:

After I posted the review on their FB page I was contacted by them in less than 30 min. With this message:

“We would be happy to return your funds without returning the product .. we are in the process of dropping cbd living from our store as they have recently become a retail competitor. They have shifted from wholesale only to retail. As an unfortunate result we are being undercut by their own online prices. We are selling out if they’re inventory in not ordering again. Please come in for a full refund.”

So I went back to their location and Kevin the manager expressed how deeply sorry he was and all the measurements their taking to prevent this from happening again to anyone. He told me they’re been holding meetings with their employees and updating their costumer service protocols to prevent a future situation like this one.

Non of this was with the intention of having any kind of freebies and l mentioned that to him more than twice, but he insisted in giving me a full refund whether I kept the tincture or not. On top of that he took the time to chat with me and find out why I was taking CBD for, so he was able to recommend the best products for me....for FREE! (About $100 worth) Again, I wasn’t perusing free stuff, but it was definitely a very nice gesture.

Bottom line is, I was able to witness a truly costumer-committed business where the management genuinely cares about their patron’s completely satisfaction.

I’m definitely coming back there, not because the free stuff or the excellent way they approach the situation, but because the honesty and empathy they showed me in the process.

Ridiculously over priced items! I perfectly understand local companies often mark up a product in order to generate profit but this was way too much. I bought 1000mg CBD medicated rub 3 days ago. What can I say seem to work but so does an ice pack. Its going to Take more than one jar and 3 days for a comparison.
