Myself my mother n law my 7 yr old daughter and my 4 yr old son went to the Fresno CA. River park location it was about 6:25 pm when we arrived. Currently being remodeled. New layout looks nice. Has had a great selection of yarns I like but the shelves were almost bare and selection was way down today. Yarn on shelves was covered in plastic shavings from remodeling going on. Very frustrating. They have a ton of product in boxes for shelves stacked everywhere which was also frustrating. Friend tried to use a phone coupon and clerk was seeing if it was valid..took her phone and scrolled and scrolled with her bare hands. Hand sanitizer right there and she didn't use it before touching my friends phone. Christmas stuff is out as of 10/22/20 and the paper crafting section is ready but they were out of a lot of acrylic paint selections of commonly used colors they should have stocked. Bad. I am 6 months pregnant and needed to use the bathroom. The lady that worked there has to put a pin to open the bathroom. Told me I couldn't take the cart inside. I told her if I could leave my stuff there because I had my one year old with me, it's already hard enough to carry my one year and carry diaper bag all at the same time she said I had to take my stuff with me. Wish they had more better service for pregnant women. After I decide to pay for my stuff I see they offered help the elderly with there purchases so I thought they would do the same for me.
