This place is a rip off. They double the original price and then tell you they’ll give you 50% off and then include “tax”! My necklace broke after a couple of months and I took it back and they said it would be atleast a week to fix it because their guy that fixes their jewelry had covid so he was out. They gave me a ticket number for pick up and took down my number and said they would call me when it was ready. After 2 WEEKS I still received no call and had to physically go into the store and they said it had been ready. They did fix the broken link but did not clean the necklace at all. It had hair ( not my hair) stuck in it and lint stuck in it and I was skeptical that it wasn’t even the original one I bought. My fiancé walked out super upset because nobody called and we were over charged and they didn’t clean it after we were promised they would clean it for free ANY time we wanted. Not to mention as we’re walking out one of the ladies was like “there’s a charge” I told her no there’s no charge you already ripped us off over $1000 and didn’t clean the necklace. As we’re walking out the manager lady has the nerve to ask me “why he’s mad?” Asking about my fiancé as he was out of the store already. So unprofessional and disrespectful.This place is not a good place. They just get you for your money and over charge. Please do not come here to purchase anything THEY WILL TAKE...

I have brought my wifes wedding ring here which lost a stone and needed to be polished back out and redipped as its white gold. They did an amazing job so when my wedding set was left in my pants when I washed dishes the washing machine destroyed my double ring guard. It was so damaged I cried. My ring is made of silver as i wanted a fancy looking ring so when i brought it to Sardinia the man looked at it and said your better off buying a new one because it was out of round on one half of the guard and lost many stones and was bent in an odd way. He said it's too damaged at which I told him how much it meant to me and he looked at me and said leave it I will see what can be done. I picked it up today and it looks almost new again. I thought this ring my beautiful wife had gotten me was lost forever but its beautiful again. I'm tearing up I'm so happy. Thank you guys soooooo much you dont know how happy you have made...

I went in on the day my daughters custom necklace was supposed to be ready for her birthday and the day it was suppose to be ready they said it was not ready yet and for the last past 2 months they kept telling me it was going to be ready every other week and it was a different excuse every time I finally called them again and they told me someone messed up with the order and that I should go get a refund when I went they kept asking if I wanted to buy anything else. Worst experience ever don’t go here there liars I would give 0 stars if it was a option I wasted my time for nothing now my daughter don’t have her...
