I recently had a frustrating experience at the Pink store, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. During my visit, I encountered excessively long wait times at the checkout. There were only two associates handling the checkout process, which caused a significant backlog of customers. It was disappointing to see such a lack of urgency in managing the line, and it felt as though customer service was not a priority.
To make matters worse, when I finally reached the register and politely asked for assistance, the associate who helped me was surprisingly rude. Instead of offering support, she directed me to the Victoria’s Secret side with an unpleasant tone, which left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
Overall, my experience at Pink was unsatisfactory due to the long wait times and the lack of professionalism from staff. I hope the management addresses these issues to improve customer service...
