I come here every once in a while for a candy apple to share with my daughter. Those are always a nice treat but they are a little pricey nowadays about $10 each. This time I decided to try their chocolates and as a chocolate lover I was a bit underwhelmed. I tried a few different things including their jellies, peanut butter fingers, and truffles. The PB fingers were a disappointment. Not enough PB and the chocolate tasted old, possibly a chocolate tempering issue as it looked like they may have bloomed their chocolate a bit. The jellies were probably the best item I had as the jelly had a nice chewy trcture and wasnt hard. The truffles were good but it was not the quality I would expect after paying over $30. Read moreAn employee was outside offering samples which reminded me how much I love Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. Customer service is always great and today both the employee who was offering samples as well as the employee who assisted me inside did not disappoint. The employees are always very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. To me that’s a strong sign of good management.
