I had the absolute honor of having a dress custom made by the incredible designer Huma Adnan for my dear friend’s Mehndi night✨

Wanting to celebrate and honor the beauty of Pakistani culture, I chose an eastern-style dress—and Huma brought it to life with such artistry and grace. Every detail reflected tradition, elegance, and love. It was such a meaningful experience to wear something that not only made me feel beautiful but also allowed me to embrace and respect the culture of this special occasion. 🩵

After getting a referral from my wonderful friend, the mother of the bride, I reached out Huma with nothing but a budget and color idea. I was sent 2 design drawings and after picking one, Huma had me send her my measurements. Next, a pattern dress and fabric samples were sent to me.

We were doing all of this communication through What’sApp. But, I swear it was easier and fit better than the dress I purchased from Nordstrom that had to be tailored with 2 appointments that were an over an hour away.
