Please hire new management & server trainers for this location as this is the 2nd & final time they’ve disrespected us. I love Red Lobster it’s nostalgic for me I vividly recall asking my parents to dine here often at 3 - 4 years old. Tonight was some of the worst ‘service’ or rather lack thereof that I’ve experienced in a while. From flat out getting my drink order wrong (strawberry Sunset Coloda) then still messing up the remake (mango floater not on top of drink-all throughout & on the bottom), another of my party having something floating in her drink, salads delivered mere moments before entrees with barely any room on the table, to all adult meals delivered lukewarm, having to ask for ‘melted’ butter & extra seasoning, 1 forgotten kids meal arriving as we were almost done eating, then the waitress’ piss poor attitude. After we asked for to go boxes I figured now would be an appropriate time to ask for my missing pasta sauce, so at least my leftovers wouldn’t be dry alas my mistake apparently this ask irritated/frustrated her. Madison M was on the opposite side of the table & instead of saying hold on a moment she huffed & walked away. When she reappeared on my side of the table she informed me there would be a charge of $3.49 for ‘extra’ sauce. I asked if she could clearly see my Crab Carbonara was missing sauce, but that’s ok if she can’t then to please grab the manager. The same female manager, who was most unhelpful at our last visit at this location, repeated the same charge & said that I hadn’t ordered an Alfredo sauce, so I shouldn’t expect to see a creamy sauce present. I showed her the unsauced bowl of noodles & the pool of buttery oil at the bottom then reminded her that the menu didn’t list a butter based sauce. At that point I said ok never mind no worries I can just not tip her for this issue. We ask for the checks & tell her how to split them she makes the comment 1 kid on 1 check & all the other kids on another check (rude there were only 3 kids total including a set of twins, only 2 kids meals were ordered & an extra side of oranges). She takes 15-20 minutes to come back with the checks while we’re irritated ready to leave. She comes to my side of the table to give me my check 1st. I tell my friend sitting in front of me across the table while I’m looking at her - hey she put the appetizer we split on my check. The waitress loudly says 🗣️ WHAT YOU SAY 🙄😤. My friend goes huh then the waitress repeated it & cocked her head to the side impatiently. I never once yelled at her, spoke rudely, or cursed at her so why she continued to have such animosity towards me leaves me flabbergasted. If this is how you speak to & treat your loyal customers then I see why you’ve almost gone out of business because I definitely won’t be returning to this location. Especially not after the 2nd manager a male came to the table & offered to call the cops on us for our ‘threatening’ comments about the waitress. Sir if I the offended party were going to harm that little girl I’d have done it prior to you or the cops showing up at...
Read moreI came to this establishment to enjoy the endless shrimp deal and ended up having a horrible experience with service overall. First off, when I walked in, and 5 minutes passed before I was even greeted with servers just walking by. I finally asked do I seat myself before one of the host finally sat me at a table. My waitress was Tenisha she brought out drinks and biscuits. However, Service was extremely slow, it took well over 40 minutes to get my meal. About 5 minutes into eating, a huge spider fell from the ceiling, landed in my food. I jumped up being afraid of spiders and Tenisha didn't even bother to check k on me. She stood back watching. I had my guest kill the spider and went and showed Tenisha, she didn't apologize, just went and got the manager Jordan. Jordan wasn't told a spider landed in my food so he came over confused. I told him what happened and his was response was "What do you want me to do?" I said well we liked the spider and showed Tenisha, all he said was, "well I'm sorry. " Because I ordered the endless shrimp, they just brought out more shrimp, which took an additional 30 plus minutes. But my side item wasn't replaced so I mentioned that to Tenisha and she got a really nasty attitude with me saying "she couldn't refund nothing. " When I never asked her for a refund, I asked for my side item to be replaced along with more shrimp. She then started yelling "you can have what you want, what do you want!?" Me and my guest was confused as to why she had an attitude with us, when a spider fell in my food. She put the order in. This then took an extra 30 minutes totaling almost 2 hours waiting for my service to be at least rectified. Tenisha stopped coming to my table after she brought the side dish. She sent Jordan again, just to say sorry, which was so dry and ingenuine. Being the manager, he didn't offer anything at all to try and turn the experience around for me and my guest. At this point it has been over 2 hours and we are just ready to go. We asked for a bag and the bill, Jordan went to go get it and was gone another 15 minutes. My guest just went to the bar and got a bag. Jordan brought out the full bill, didn't offer any discounts, free dessert or anything. I asked him to remove the charge for a side of alfredo sauce Because I didn't get to use it, and his response was "you told me you didn't want a discount" which was even more frustrating after all of this because he never even offered us a discount. If he had've it would have gladly been taken. I understand establishments get busy and service may be slower, however, the attitude from my waitress and completely disregard from the manager was very distasteful and unwarranted. Save your time, money, and energy and go...
Read moreWe are very disappointed as still we face such poor service..We usually celebrate our good occasions and parties at Red Lobster. Tonight we were celebrating our daughter the Dinner of the 18th Birthday. Luckily we were early before the sunset and been hosted directly to our table #510 ( Server Name : Shilby H).
We’ve placed our order and kept waiting long with poor service and neglect. Then got our 3 sides/ Salads without having the silver wares. Kept waiting and people surroundings us at other tables have noticed the Ignore of our table server. Even those who came after us start getting their service and food service before us. Then I asked another person serving other table How people eat their salads at red lobster he could not answer wondering why my question, then I told him if we can get the wares to start eating our sides.
After that received more neglect and received cold food. We usually eat Seafood with little pieces of lemons which I’ve asked 4 times and never came , the 5th they said The don’t have lemon. Then I insisted to call me the Manager. They said he is busy and will come when he gets chance. I asked 5th time for lemon and been told they are short in hand and no one is available to serve cut lemons. I said I can do that if they bring me the lemon. They brought the lemon but after we finish eating. Also, Shilby served my daughter with Coke but kept the glass at other table behind us and the people who cleans table brought to our table.
A couple who were setting beside us felt sorry and start relaxing us by their very nice & polite words. Then the manager “ JJ came who came and asked about the problem. Then he apologised to us. In fact, He suppose not to apologise cause he is not the mistaken. The ignorant table server should have to apologise with her supporter friend who kept roaming around us without bringing the plates/ silver wares or the lemon repeating the same mistake Shilby did. JjJ was very polite and took immediate action and served us with treat “sweet” and have the bill price discount.
We don’t expect such neglect any where as we saw it tonight at Red Lobster. I promise will spread this words to all Relatives, Friends and in the Community to show how quality of service Red Lobster has these days to make sure this has been changed. And will go back to the same branch/ Frisco ( Preston & Gaylord) to see if anything will change. We pay for our service we do nit take free food, thats why need polite people when visiting...
