I had a wonderful experience at Diamonds Direct in Frisco. I wanted to propose to my girlfriend by Christmas. A week after my girlfriend had went into this store with her friend to look at engagement rings, I arrived at this store have absolutely no idea what to do or where to start.

Amir helped me locate the ring my girlfriend had looked at, and then helped me find the perfect diamond for the setting. I picked out my favorite diamond at the store that was within my price range, but Amir didn't stop there. He ordered an even better diamond from one of their other stores and had it shipped to the Frisco location for me to compare. When I went back, there was no comparison. The shipped diamond was clearly superior. Amir had helped me find an absolutely beautiful, glittering diamond that I wouldn't have found otherwise.

I ordered the ring on November 22nd. I really wanted to propose to my girlfriend by Christmas, so we could show off the ring to both our families over the holidays. Amir told me he couldn't guarantee it would be ready, but that he would try his best. And let me tell you, Amir moved heaven and earth to make sure it happened.

The ring was created by a separate ring-maker and would then be shipped to Diamonds Direct Frisco, where they would add the diamond. However, the ring wouldn't arrive until right before Christmas and Diamonds Direct wouldn't have enough time to add the diamond. So Amir shipped the diamond out to the ring-maker and had him add it himself and ship back the finished product.

On December 23rd, I walked back into the Frisco store, just as nervous as I'd been the first time, but for an entirely different reason. In the span of about two hours I was able to pick up the most beautiful ring, set up a proposal location with my photographer, and propose to the most beautiful girl in the glistening sunset. I couldn't have done it without the help of Amir and Diamonds Direct, and for that, both I and my new fiancée are forever grateful.

I'll also mention that Diamonds Direct Frisco had very good cautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Hand Sanitizer is located at the entrance of the store, all employees and customers are required to wear masks, and customers are asked to remain six feet apart from each other. The entire time I was in the store, I felt safe.

As an employee to customer, not only did she fulfill her role in truly making a customer happy, she made us feel like family and genuinely cared for us. Her care and patience is truly applaudable and appreciated as she would spend hours and multiple days with us to ensure we find exactly what we love. We shopped for men and women wedding bands and she lovingly worked through all options with us. My fiancé and I both ordered bands that were great and unfortunately we did not like how it looked on us. Without hesitation, Raelle had returned the rings immediately, no questions asked, and stated that she wanted to make sure we get what we absolutely love and we looked at more options and ordered again. Her care, enthusiasm and excitement in helping us truly made our experience one of the best we have had and it was definitely the icing on the cake, the cherry on top. I had purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring here, referred 3 other people to purchase diamonds and rings here (including my brother) and will continue to refer people and purchase from this location as everyone there is genuine and their selection, service, quality of work are all exceptional. The entire team there is super helpful, Kyle the manager there was also super caring and made sure I got the deal he had mentioned to me with the wedding bands, he’s a great guy. I’d like to reiterate that working with Raelle has been such an amazing experience and I hope to continue working her as she makes us feel so special and cares for your happiness, she is absolutely phenomenal!! I visited and met with Amanda Thompson for the first time in October. I told Amanda upfront that my husband had a good relationship with another jeweler that we had been doing business with for over 11 years. At my initial visit, Amanda showed me several options. She listened to what my wants were and made suggestions and gave her professional opinion and feedback. She invited me to come back a few days later when she got a few more diamonds in for me to see. Amanda gave me all the numbers upfront. I appreciated how detailed she was and that she didn't brush me off when I came without my spouse a second time. We're both in sales so it's rare we both get a day off together. (I even purchased our first home without him being able to go with me to see it first to give you an idea!) I loved her energy from the get go!

Today, I brought my husband to DD for his first visit. We met with Amanda and also the GM, Matt. Matt and Amanda both made a great impression on my husband. When they gave us the prices, we told them we would still pay a visit to our other jeweler that we had done a lot of business with in the past and they weren't pushy and were respectful of our decision. We were happy that they had exactly what I (didn't know I) wanted. We returned after getting pricing from our other jeweler and we decided to go back to DD for a few reasons. 1. We appreciated them being upfront and honest. 2. We believed we were being given a fair deal. 3. We genuinely liked Amanda and Matt. 4. They had the diamond in stock! In this day where everyone wants instant gratification, I was so happy they were able to get my ring perfectly sized on the spot so I could wear it out of the store.
