We had a great experience at this store when purchasing a gold bracelet for our anniversary. Steve was ultimately our sales associate who we purchased from. He was really helpful and let me try on a couple items to ensure I selected my preferred style and size and processed the order to pick up in store. We had a bit of a snafu when the wrong item was shipped, which was discovered at our first attempt to pick it up. Steve was so apologetic for the inconvenience. We eventually got the right item delivered after two more days and was surprised by an additional box of Bissinger chocolate for the inconvenience! Clearly Steve went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. And of course the bracelet is stunning!!! I am already looking forward to buying more jewelry here in the future. Highly recommend this brand...

Samantha was wonderful! I had unfortunately lost my original wedding band and was looking for a replacement I'd love just as much as the first one. She took the time to look at multiple options, sizes, and more, to help me narrow down exactly what I was looking for. I never once felt rushed to make a decision and she was full of knowledge on each item in stock. She even offered to order one in if the size was not readily available!
