Absolutely thrilled to share my experience at the Omega boutique—specifically with Blake, who was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, Blake made me feel welcome and valued. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to ensure I had an exceptional experience.

Blake's knowledge of Omega timepieces is remarkable. He wasn’t just reciting facts—he has a deep passion for the brand and an expert-level understanding of their craftsmanship, history, and innovations. He took the time to explain details, answer all my questions, and guide me through the collection without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.

The rest of the staff were also warm, professional, and attentive, always offering drinks and doing whatever they could to make the experience enjoyable and relaxing. The boutique itself is beautiful, but it's the team that makes it truly special.

I’m so thankful to Caroline and Blake. We had a wonderful time talking together today and they really took care of me during a special time that I have been waiting for and saving for during the last 15 years. I wanted to buy the Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch. I went in sort of feeling out of my element and intimidated my what I thought this was going to be like. Caroline did great talking with me about what I’m looking for and was so kind and welcoming to me. She made me feel like I was a guest and that they were glad that I came in. I’ve never shopped somewhere like this where they really care about the experience and it was so much fun. After Caroline explained everything I was asking about for the history, technology and intent for this watch, I was certain that these were the great people I wanted to buy from. Blake did a wonderful job with me explaining all of the technical details with the packaging and the certifications and warranty and such.
