Staffs are very nice except the manager. I brought in leggings that I just purchased. I worn it just once and the stitch on the seam has unraveled already. I’m disappointed with the quality of lululemon product lately. I contacted educators through the website before hand and was told that I could bring the product in to the store and can ask for Quality Promise and get store credit with no tag. 2 staffs I talked to at the store informed me that I could get a store credit. When I went to the counter, the staff called the manager. I explained what happened. The manager informed that they cannot offer me store credit since there was no tag and receipt and offered to fix it. She did not even ask for receipt. I had it on my phone that I had to show it to her myself. Plus, I did not buy $100 to be fixed from the first worn. It doesn’t make any sense. At the end, she granted me store credit but mentioned to me without even looking at my face that usually they don’t give a store credit on situation like this. She went away without looking at me. This is rude. I felt frustrated that I was treated like this. The HQ should make sure of the communication among staffs in each dept. It seems like the information is not aligned. Customers should be the ones taking the blame. Also, if you are going to sell stuffs worth more than $100, please be mindful on quality control. I have been a loyal customer of Lululemon for so many years. I could see that the quality is going downhill for...
Read moreBefore you ask why I would return to a store at which, in the past, I’ve had negative experiences, it’s important to note that this location is the ONLY location in the St. Louis area with a full selection of men’s clothing. Additionally, lululemon’s men’s clothing is, generally, high quality and fashionable. The issue, once again, is not with the clothing, it’s with the staff.
I stopped in at this location to pick up some new clothes in preparation for the summer months. I was completely ignored until I stopped off at a fitting room. I noted numerous employees on the floor but not one welcomed me into the store of offered me assistance. The employee working the fitting rooms was friendly but was caught up dealing with a demanding customer.
The employees working the counter were rude and uninterested. Lululemon charges Saks Fifth prices but offers Target-level customer service. No, that’s an insult to the friendly employees at Target. This location is in desperate need of re-staffing or re-training. I guess this is what happens when a store only hires entitle kids from the wealthy neighborhoods in a mile radius. As much as I hate online shopping, I might be shopping exclusively online if this...
Read moreAs a consumer, this Lululemon solved my all my problem with their products. While I was in Columbus, I purchased 3 ABC sweatpants that did not fit me correctly. I was told that Lululemon hemmed for free and I was stoked! 3 days later, the cuff of my pants were removed and the length was not what I requested for.
From this moment on, I promised myself that I would NEVER comeback to Lululemon. A couple of weeks ago, I was at the mall and I came across the Lululemon store. I walked in perplexed whether or not I should purchase their ABC jogger. As I started to make my way out, a worker nicely asked if I needed help. I told her my issues from my previous purchase and she instantly showed compassion.
She told me to just look for something I wanted and she would handle everything. I brought up a pair of the ABC joggers I was looking at and she said, "I will exchange the pants they destroyed with these." I went home, grabbed the pants and showed her what they had done. Without hesitation, she vowed that Lululemon did not condone to this sort of craftsmanship and gladly exchanged my pants and hemmed them to the exact specifications I requested!
Now, I'm back to buying from Lululemon. Thanks...
