I like the things RH sells but I had a bad shopping experience. I bought a floor model sofa for over $3000. At the time I made the purchase it was in a pretty good condition. Unfortunately, they did not want to deliver it right away when I made the purchase (which was the first minor disappointment). When it was delivered it had a new and pretty large scratch on one of the seat pillows. I had expected that they would replace the damaged pillow or at least come up with some sort of fix. Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to help. Moreover, some of the staff (not all) were treating me rather impolite afterwards. If I buy any thing from RH in the future, I will either buy it online or in the outlet but try to avoid the Galleria store. Everything that you see inside is customizable so use your creativity, that includes the depth of couches all the way down to the type of legs on the furniture.
