I went to Box Lunch on August 30,2025/ time 11:56 am. I brought 2 items out the store the young lady cashier name Jay salesperson # 313969 scanned my items up. Everything was good, until I had come all the way to the store Box Lunch because Jay the cashier forget to take the sensor off my item. When came back to the store went out to the register and gave it to the lady with the brunette hair she act like I was lying so she had to look at the receipt to see that I buy these items and I told her I was just in here and you can run those cameras back I have no reason to steal anything. She implies she was just looking to see who was the cashier I didn't care to hear that because I'm not stupid and she applied to give me a 20% off of when you spend $40 I really didn't care to use that and I really didn't want it. stopped in here while visiting family in florida and it was such a great experience. this store has everything you’re looking for if you’re a pop culture fan, especially disney like me. the staff was super helpful in showing me where to find what i was looking for and answering any questions i had. the store was also impeccably clean and well organized, which is something i always look for. you can tell that everyone who works here is passionate about the products and want to make sure your shopping experience is seamless, fun and positive. overall, i think this may be my favorite boxlunch to visit now and i will definitely be returning when i’m in the area again. i highly recommend this boxlunch to anyone looking for their favorite pop culture merch and a...

My first time in this store was recent and delightful. The store itself was fairly clean, the shelves and stands were aesthetically organized by show/movie/theme. The set up alone tells a few stories and will have you exploring for at least 10 solid minutes before you begin your shopping process 😂 which is beautiful!
