Richard at the Banter inside of Orange Park Mall was amazing. I took my 10 month old to get her ears pierced and he was very thorough with explaining everything from the piercing process, how to use the cleaning solution, went over various earring options and explained why certain earrings were a better choice than a few others I was looking at. Even though it was close to his clock out time to go home; he could have easily rushed through everything and told me to just read the documents in my bag but he didn’t. Customer service like this is refreshing. We need more people like Richard who show that they care about your experience and makes sure that you walk away with a product that you are satisfied with. My daughter did not make the piercing easy on him 😂 but he was extremely patient and kind. I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality customers service and a pleasant piercing experinece, go to the Banter by Piercing Pagoda in the Orange Park mall next to the food court. PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES! This deep voiced manly woman is so disrespectful. I bring back 2 necklaces, one of which was just purchased in March, because they popped. Both of which have WARRANTY! You want to argue & say they’re not what was sold to me as though I’m trying to scam! With not only EVERY RECEIPT of purchase as well as warranty agreements in hand. The attitude was very unnecessary. However the other stores screwed up with the sales process is not my problem. This will surely be my last time buying jewelry with this company smh. The associate tyjon was very patient and calm for piercing my 2 daughters ears (age 2) However I asked the 2nd associate there who was also working if they could pierce both ears at the same time, and was flat out told NO. For obvious reasons with a small child I feel like that should have been an easy accommodation. ( I came to this exact location about 2 months ago and my sons ears was pierced , both lobes at the same time by the 2 associates that was working ) so a little disappointed, this could have been a quick easy experience but instead I had to calm my daughter down in between both ears and it was not a...
