I've never had a better customer service experience. I, actually, was not excited about wedding dress shopping. I also only had 3 weeks to plan so it was alot if pressure. Angel turned my whole experience around and I had zero anxiety by the time I purchased my beautiful dress. I also could not believe the amazing price! I felt beautiful and I truly owe that to Angel. Sue stayed open 30 minutes late the night I had a shoe emergency and picked out the perfect pair for me. She wasn't irritated or rushed, which I really appreciated. Cathy was awesome with quick responses to any questions and follow ups and reminders that I honestly wouldn't have thought of. She even answered the phone during an emergency of mine, while she was volunteeringvat Bike Time and solved my problem. She truky made me feel valued as a customer. It also really touched my heart that Cathy was promoting other small businesses within her small buisness. All referrals were spot on and just as professional and kind and the Cinderella's Closet team. Inwould recommend this establishment over and over for any semi-formal or formal need...

i went in today to get a dress for my senior prom. as an 18 year girl who isn’t comfortable with her body and hates wearing dresses, especially in front of other people, i wasn’t necessarily looking forward to this. mallory and i believe the others girls name was izzy (idk im so sorry if im wrong im horrible with names) we’re working. i was immediately greeted with big smiles and kindness. they both gave me a detailed outline of the place and which dresses were which. They helped me pick what kind of styles and colors would look good on me, clipped and adjusted every dress i tried on, and gave such kind feedback and hype to each and everyone. Again as an 18 year old girl your scared these other girls are going to judge you but seriously these were the sweetest girls i’ve ever met and made my dress shopping experience much less stressful and anxious for me. thank...

She said “Yes!” to the prom dress! 👗💃🏼 This place was absolutely worth the trip. They probably had thousands of dresses and prices were way lower than anything we saw in Grand Rapids. After a long, disappointing day of shopping elsewhere we followed a hunch to Muskegon and she left a happy girl!🩷 Staff was knowledgable and very helpful! High quality dresses, vast selection, great staff, plenty of fitting rooms and competitive prices.
