Pretty extensive selection compared to other stores, but the layout of the store isnāt very intuitive. You can spend way too long looking for a particular type of dress shirt (for example), only to discover that there is another section of dress shirts a few sections away, totally out of sight. The store layout just makes very little sense; returns are in the āHomeā section, so you may have to wander around confused, then walk all the way to the opposite corner of the store to return an item.
Not being able to find things has been a problem for myself and my fiancĆ© too often. Firstly, I bought a tie clip at another location that was broken out of the box, so she went on my behalf to exchange it. After struggling to find the returns at the other end of the store, she was told that she had to go back to the first end of the store and find a new one. She only found a single tie clip on the rack, which wasnāt the same. On another occasion, we spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to find just a plain purple dress shirt to match a dress, which we couldnāt find anywhere.
You might wonder why we didnāt ask the staff for help; much of the time we canāt find any staff members to ask. On 2 different occasions we finally found someone after looking for too long, but both women seemed to have little interest in helping us. They merely pointed in the general direction of where we might find what we were looking for, then went back to folding clothes. Staff members always seem standoffish; if I have follow-up questions Iām always afraid to ask because of the glares I get, as if Iām some huge inconvenience. The staff members donāt seem to have trouble being chatty amongst themselves about how they are counting the minutes until their shifts are...

I paced an order for pick up, and had my boyfriend as the pick up person. He went there and they said no order had been placed and they couldnāt find it. Upset because my card was charged, and confused, I just had him purchase a pair.
These jeans I was picking up for Christmas for my 87 year old grandfather. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and had my boyfriend pick up a pair. He spent over an hour waiting while these people tried to figure out what was going on.
Happy to be out, he left with the jeans. So, here I am wrapping Christmas gifts. I pick up the jeans he bought weeks ago, and they have a SENSOR ON THEM. š” š”š”š” I am fuming. I was over them not having my order, but this is not cool. Now, Iāll be showing up to Christmas empty handed OR I guess I could show up the pants with an ink tag on them!!
Upset is an understatement. He drove an HOUR to get these. Now, we have to drive an HOUR back to get the sensor off.

I have had to send it back 7 times to get it fixed and I have demanded my money back 3 times already. Their rings are cheap and poor quality! I wouldnāt by jewelry here ever again! I will be going down tomorrow to talk to the store manager because I REFUSE to take that ring back for it to break within a month. Iām on medical leave and have been for 7 months due to high risk pregnancy so Iām not doing anything strenuous to make damage to this ring! Not to mention when I brought the ring back the SAME day since it was STILL broken there was another person waiting for his finaceās ring and they have also been having issues with not only this ring but the ring previously.
