The last time I was in here the manager felt the need to argue with me about my previous experiences in the store that she was not present for at all. She asked me for my ID to hold while I checked out a knife from behind the counter, I asked her if it was a new policy because I've never had any one do so any of the many times I've checked out knives in here. She told me that if it was in the last 3 years since she has managed then they absolutely have taken my ID like she was there and proceeded to argue the fact. That's going on as her 11ish y.o. son is following around my 5 y.o nephew attempting to grab on him act like a bully someone half his age and size. I came in running very last minute on a SATURDAY NIGHT due to car trouble and the young lady at the counter (the girl with the amazing dreads) still ki dly allowed me to look around for an extra 5-10 minutes (and would have given me all the tine I needed) while ahe processed some of the first half of her shift audit. She was so sweet!! I felt very much respected, to the point of being part owner. Lol. The have an AWESONE SELECTION OF METAPHYSICAL NEEDS, WANTS AND DESIRABLES. Very poor customer service. I was in the store looking around with some friends and then was accused of stealing a rock. We proceeded by emptying our pockets for the employee and then continued to accuse us of stealing and then threatened to call the police.
