Bob Evans — Restaurant in Fruitport Charter Township

The worst waitresses I ve ever seen..sarcastic,,not rude..she was nasty with a smile, a different young pretty girl with long braids, kept digging her head..and scratching her nose with her finger..then walked over grabbed my plates of food, and almost dropped them on my lap, but with a smile..thats not clean.Im not sure ,but maybe shes sick?? .now,I asked for syrup for some pancakes,,she says ,,aww didn't no one give you any?? Like I'm a 5 yr old..I'm 66 and don't appreciate being treated like that..6 minutes later she gives me a tiny little thing with syrup..there you go ,now you can make your pancakes not so dry...and walks away..so now with cold pancakes I Pic up the syrup and there is something floating on top. So I couldn't eat my breakfast..never have I been treated with no respect from people who looked liked she slept in her clothes..with a nasty attitude..and I go to Bob evens alot in big rapids...never had such bad service..all I know is. That place needs the health department in there..they really need waitresses that are nice to clients and definitely don't dig in their hair then pick up people s food ...disgusting...they get 1 star because I had to hit at least 1 to put a review down..very bad place to eat...and the food was cold..I have never wrote a bad review..but this place is bad...

Great service and food, even though we were there 40 minutes before they were going to close and no one else was in the restaurant; we were treated like you should be treated no matter what time of day you are in a business; our food was hot and good, didn't taste like it was sitting around at the end of the day or anything like that; my aunt was a little bit excited because we did get a little bit extra of the dressing with our meal, as usual we had our normal leftovers for our next meal at home. We both had the turkey dinners; we were very impressed to have the turkey shredded up instead of the slices that usually comes on it, it tasted so much better and not so dried out, more home cooked looking and tasting. Great service and we were leaving 15 minutes before they were to close. Thanks so much for your great service, after our long rough day and unexpected late dinner; especially when you were trying to get ready to go home too after your long shifts, thanks so much for treating us with respect and great service, it...

Update..... This used to be a nice restaurant. Not any more though. Walked in and the person that was seating people had an attitude. Sat down and ordered our drinks. Waited 10 mins for our waitress to bring out one of our pops. We asked where the other one was that we ordered and she rudely said to us to be patient. Waited and waited for a half hour. And she never brought the second pop out and never even asked us what food we wanted to order. The floors were filthy dirty, there was food all over the light fixtures and tables. We got up and paid for the one pop and left. There excuse was they had to many customers and not enough staff. Even though there was only 1 other person in the restaurant eating besides us. The problem wasn't them having enough staff. The problem was that the whole time we were in there waiting on a drink and to order our food THE WAITRESSES WERE HANGING OUT BY THE FOOD COUNTER TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH THEY HATE WORKING THERE AND PLAYING ON THERE PHONES. We will NEVER be coming back to this rude...
