Taco Bell — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

I love this TB and the RM is the sharpest I have ever seen. Been ordering delivery from here for years with no problems BUT not today!! All my food was SOPPING wet. NOT drops of moisture from condensation but fully soaked. Was told the food sat for 20 minutes waiting for the Dasher. This would not cause what I received. I have been in the ff manangement business all my life and know what I am talking about. Was looking forward to the return of the Mexican Pizza and was not able to eat what I purchased. If it's the Dasher's fault for arriving late then don't make the food until they arrive if you care about the quality you serve! By the way I was watching the Dasher traveling to my home and NO other stops were made like was suggested by the RM

• 2024-03-29 Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Meal was AMAZING!! Food delivered still HOT and the low price made it taste even better !!!Hope they keep it around not just LTO UPDATE 8/5/24 Steak Street Chalupa and Chicken Flatbread Melt were both awesome!! Really wanted to try the Limonade Crème drink but they sent me a regular Starry drink😡🤬 UPDATE 8/22/24 Got the right drink this time and the Limonade Crème drink tasted amazing like a lemonade Dream Cycle!!! UPDATE 12/17/24 Ordered Luxe Box and my Beef 7 Layer burrito was missing the beef and the steak on my Double Decker taco was very salty! UPDATE 4/14/25 Grande Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage and Hash Brown were fresh, seasoned well and good size as usual. Loaded Beef Nachos tasted great but the size is about 1/2 what it used to be...hmmm UPDATE 8/25/25 Chips tasted...

Whenever I come here to pick up orders for doordash and as a customer (who's actually buying food and eating) I am invisible, as are other customers. It takes a very long time for anybody from the back to acknowledge anybody that's up at the front counter. Apparently the store opens at 9:00 and they don't come in earlier to prep the food so you have to stand there and wait for the beef to cook for 20 minutes and the beans to heat up for 20 minutes before they can even start preparing the food. I think the management should have the employees come in a half hour ahead of time so everything is ready when the store is supposed to open at 9:00 and people don't have to be inconvenienced and wait here for 20 minutes before they can finally start putting together your order. The customer service here is pathetic. I can get better service in the Garner store and in the Lillington store as soon as you walk in the door they acknowledge your presence. they want to find out if you would prefer to order at the counter or at the kiosk, etc. the place is dirty. For 4 days there was no soap in the soap dispenser in the bathroom, and then there were days when there were no paper towels, and then you see they can't even put the toilet paper and they sit it on the toilet tank, there's spilled stuff and food all over the counter and the restaurant just opened you would think it would be clean and ready for business as soon as the customer walks in the door. I am not impressed at all and if I didn't have to make money (with doordash) I wouldn't even be here at this location....

My little sister work there and last night feb 18th 2024, my sister called me saying some grown man was throwing pots and pans at her telling her to hurry the f up with the dishes my sister is only 18 I spoke with a manager the night of the 17th to get a understanding of what’s going on then the day of February 18, 2024 I came to see if I could talk to the manager that asaulted my little sister or team member I assumed he was a manager because she said he was older so I asked if he was there and i asked for his name and they said they can’t and I said okay then she start talking bout she gone call the police for me coming to ask about my little sister who is a minor and yelled at me and her name was Ashley she told me to leave so I did then she followed me to my car and took a picture of me and my lisense plate and didn’t try to acknowledge anything regarding the reason I came, didn’t tell me what actions are gone to be taken, she followed me out to my car after the fact i asked for her name and told her I’m going to the Taco Bell head quarters and let them know what’s going on a officer was on the scene listening and didn’t even say anything to me, that shows that I was not in the wrong and and even some crew members came out and said yeah that was wrong and for her or people to witness something like this and act like I’m in the wrong is just down right Unacceptable knowing she still has to work there at the end of the day and this was a manager named Ashley and the Taco Bell fuquay-varina, nc and I spoke with her on the day of February 18,...
