Leaving my mom when she was only 16, my grandmother arrived in Heaven at the young age of 40 after suffering from a brain aneurism. Growing up, I learned about my Grandmother through stories and photos, being told that I look just like her. When my Aunt gave me my Grandmother’s wedding set this past year, I immediately felt connected to a woman I’ve never met, but knew well in my heart. I asked Brittany’s Fine Jewelry to replace the two missing side stones as well as separate the set so that I could give the wedding band to my cousin while I kept the engagement ring. Once the set was separated, it left the engagement ring’s shaft very thin and unwearable. Rebecca, who was helping me throughout my experience, informed me that Brittany’s can replace the thin shaft and resize the whole ring to fit my finger. With Brittany’s turnaround time, I was able to wear my Grandmother’s ring within 2 weeks time. They did a complete restoration of the engagement ring with precision and care and the results are beautiful, it looks like a completely new ring! Today I was caught in a predicament after traveling over a hour to be at a scheduled appointment on time, I arrived at Govind and sons to find out they scheduled me incorrectly and were out of town. I went next door to Brittany’s and took a chance that they would be able to resize my engagement ring that was recently passed down to me from two generations! I am very new to the area and didn’t want to have it sent out or to leave it for days not knowing anything about a company which is why I had made a appointment to begin with. The staff at Brittany’s were so kind as well as understanding. The jeweler was very busy as was the entire store for 5 minutes after the doors opened YET they not only fit me into their very busy day they had my ring resized and completely buffed and polished within 2 hours !!!! I am beyond pleased, extremely grateful, and above all I’m so impressed with the professional experience I received today! I will forever be a customer!!! I recently visited Brittany's Jewelers to have several pieces of jewelry appraised for estate purposes, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Mr. Jim was absolutely wonderful—patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. He took the time to listen as I shared the stories behind each piece, treating them with the respect and care they deserved.

Brittany's Jewelers came highly recommended by someone I trust, and she did not steer me wrong! The service was so friendly and welcoming that I decided to have several rings resized and a few other items repaired while I was there. Everything was handled beautifully.
