The Gainesville store management is non existent. I went in last Saturday looking for aTampa Bay Bucs Superbowl shirt for my dad. After searching the whole store i finally ran acrosss a shirt that that was a Bucs NFC Championship t shirt. It had no price tag on it. No tags of any kind actually. I took it up front where the cashier immediately commented where did this thing come from.so he proceeds for the next 10 minutes to look it up in the computer trying to find it. can't find it. Looks everywhere doesn't know what's going on ask his coworker who's on the next register over if she can help she tries to come to help and look it up. they call for managemenited 10 to 15 minutes no management ever comes the employees are both confused can't find it I finally asked how much it was and the girl told me 38 dollar for a...

Terrible customer service! Walked around the whole store trying to find somebody to help us and when I finally did, they let me know they didn't have what we were looking for "because it's the south".... Horrible customer service. This company acquired Sports Authority which is a shame because S.A. was organized way better and had way better customer service. If you are looking for an organized store with helpful people, this place is not for you. Some employees even walked past me even though it was obvious I needed help. Everything is organized by brand instead of category which also doesn't help... And I'm a nice guy, I almost always give places amazing reviews but this place was a pretty...

First it's not handicap friendly. There are no battery powered shopping carts. You're on your own to find anything. I ask an employee where knee braces were she told me there MIGHT be some in the bike section. (There was not any) Then I circled the store and went back to the other section she says there's some by base/football section. But she was not sure if they carried the velcro wrap-around ones. (they do not) Then walked away. Not that I want someone who's training to be a future used car salesperson buzzing around me.
