A nice store to shop. The skincare was rearranged and mixed up in disarray. I wish they'd left it the way it was near the handbags.

The store is always crowed by 12 pm. It's best to get there when they open or soon thereafter for a pleasurable shopping experience.

If you shop at 12 pm or later on Sunday and earlier on Fridays or Saturdays, people act like it's black Friday.

There should be more associates available to help people and stop the chaos of customers acting like they've never been in a nice retail store.

The clothes are a mess and unorganized. I don't shop the racks anymore due to the mess. Everything is mixed up. Long sleeves, short sleeves are mixed together as well as summer clothes mixed up with winter. None of the sizes are separated and as a size 4-6, I must sort through triple X sizes made for obese women. For this reason, I no longer buy clothes here.

The customer service at this location is awful. I went to cashier number 1 at 2:40 pm today and the cashier was beyond rude. I was looking to purchase a spice rack and the wood was damaged so I asked if she had any in the back or if a discount could be offered. She proceeded to tell me that it looks like it came to the store that way and that the other cashier (or manager) was busy so I told her that typically no one is too busy for a paying customer. She then walks away and I check out my other items and paid. I then asked for my receipt and she tells me to grab it myself. Customer service is out the window at this location I actually don’t know how that woman...

Have you ever dreamed of a discount store where everything was organized you could find wonderful merchandise and staff who actually looked like they were not prisoners. Well this place is it. This is the best Marshalls, from updated clean and well organized shelves. They have up to date shoes and the largest mens section I have ever seen at a Marshalls! This makes a great place for back to school shopping, do not forget to grab a cart last time I bought over 20 items. They also have a large home section and for you bag girls they feature Micheal Kors, and other top name brands. I give this place 4.75 Naomi Campbell weaves...
