Been waiting a while to write this review because I have so much to say! First of all, Ashley and Greg are both saints and smart business people. They don't have time to waste so I don't recommend going in there and trying to waste their time if you don't plan on being serious about a purchase. I originally purchased a couch off of Ashley Furniture's website in June. My order kept getting delayed due to covid-19 and I kept waiting and waiting, left couch-less. My friend recommended this place so I thought I'd check it out. Ashley worked with me to find a couch I really liked and I purchased it that same day. I was given a delivery date of about 2-weeks, but after 2-weeks passed and I had not been contacted, I decided to go in for an update. Unfortunately, the couch I wanted had also been backtracked due to Covid! Things happen, I understand, Covid has flipped everyone's lives/businesses upside-down. However, Ashley was quick to respond and find me another couch. I purchased that one and was assured delivery in the next two days , which they did. Upon delivery of my couch, it was broken! One of the arm's of the couch was unfortunately broken pretty badly. I contacted them about it and they were very quick to respond and set me up with somebody who could fix the couch (they assured that this was covered under warranty and I wouldn't have to pay a penny for the cost). Greg also assured me that the couch would look even better after they fixed it, rather than me getting a whole new part, so I trusted them. I got into contact with the repair man, Vernon, who is also an angel! He fixed my couch in about 2 hours time and it looks even better than what it would look if it were a new part. All in all, even though there were bumps in the road, as there are with MOST things, I appreciated Ashley and Greg's honesty, promptness, and compassion. They really know what's best and I would definitely go back if I need anything else. I am also attaching pictures for reference. Thank you Ashley and Greg!! Wishing you both happy holidays :)

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! They do have great prices, but if you have any issues with your couch they are a nightmare to deal with!!! We ordered a couch from them a little over a year ago (less than a year ago when I started contact with them). There was some wear and tear of the cushions in which I wanted to purchase new covers for all 5 cushions. I initially contacted the company in October where we received 3 of the 5 cushions (free of charge - was told this was a fault on the warehouse for sending them without payment). I inquired about the other 2 cushions - not realizing there was a separate serial number and model number for the chaise of the couch. I received a call from Greg shortly after giving me a price on the 2 cushion covers and said I would talk with my husband and return the call. I called back the following day wanting to place the other. I received a voicemail from Ashley (wife) several days later in which I returned as soon as I could. Haven’t heard from them since- this was in December (see photo for last voicemail). I have called several times since, left voicemails, and sent messages on Facebook. It wasn’t until I mentioned I thought their customer service was terrible and was going to be writing reviews that I finally get a call back from Greg. I explained my frustrations to him in which he interrupted me several times. I said I find it funny I finally get a call back when I say I’m leaving a review. He replies “well how about we look up you and your husband and leave reviews about you where you work!” He also said several things like “well you should have come to the store to deal with this!” and “idk why you’d need to consult your husband for a $50 charge.” This man is very condescending and rude. Will not be returning to purchase anything from their store and do not recommend them to anyone else. Ashley furniture however was very helpful in helping me order the 2 couch cushion covers that I need.

You will get a good deal on a name brand product. I have first hand witnessed very rude people interact with the owners. They threaten to leave “1 star reviews.” Take your time to learn how they operate to bring a quality product at a great price. Be nice. Realize we are all human. You will have a 5 star experience.

My wife and I visited the store looking for a small table and chairs for our breakfast nook and possibly a hutch/ bar for the same space. When we walked in, we were not greeted or acknowledged in any way. The place is crammed with so much furniture. It was difficult to walk by some of it as there are not really well-defined paths. We found a table and chair set that could meet our needs, and then waited for more than 40 minutes for the previous customer to finish their conversations with the couple that run the store. Even after the conversation was over, my wife had to initiate our furniture discussion with them. We were referred to a touchscreen tablet on a pedestal and several catalogs in a very dismissive manner. We decided we were only getting the table and chairs. The receipt clearly states that the furniture is sold as is and they do not do refunds. While I am paying, the man informed me that he had a delivery he needed to unload before he could give us our furniture. He suggested we go get some drinks down the road and come back. We did and then waited another 20 minutes for the truck to be unloaded. After the truck is unloaded, I backed my pickup to the door to get my furniture, and the man walks back inside. I wait for a little bit for him to come back out, but after 15 minutes, he still had not returned, so I went in. There were no customers in the store. The couple were just in the middle of a conversation and acted like me walking in to get the boxes was an inconvenience. So much so, that the guy tells me that I can either wait longer or load my own boxes. I was angry at this point. I walked out, loaded my boxes, and when I loaded the last box is when the man came back out, not to see if I needed help, but to verify I only took my boxes. I took the furniture home and built it, and noticed it has marks and issues.

The reason they can provide reduced prices is because they do not care about the customer or the products. They know there is a large portion of the population that values saving money over service, and they will be successful due to that alone. They did not offer delivery, and because they sell as is, they do not offer any care should something go wrong with your purchase later. This reduces their costs, and they pass a portion to the customer.

Apologies this is so long, but I wanted to give an accurate depiction of my experience and opinions.

I went in the store Sunday May 25th and my furniture was delivered as promised Saturday May 31st. Furniture arrived in excellent condition and the delivery guys were very professional and friendly. I received several courtesy calls/texts the day of delivery updating me about my delivery time. I’ve purchased items from them back in 2020 when I first purchased my home and I still had the same items in 2025. That’s honestly the main reason why I returned as a customer because I knew the items from here were of good quality. Since my purchase in 2020 I see the google reviews weren’t so good, literally a hit or miss experience for others. My experience was perfect because I had been doing my research on furniture and I came into the store already knowing what I wanted to purchase. I’ve visited the store since my purchase in 2020 window shopping and it’s been times where I wasn’t greeted at my entrance nor acknowledged as I was leaving out. But this time everything was different. Ashley greeted me and helped me look up the items in their system that I wanted to buy. The husband Greg was helpful as well, pretty much doing whatever to assist Ashley with getting the customer orders closed out. I feel as if I got exactly what I paid for. Only drawback was delivery was $150 and I still had to pay an additional $60 to have my coffee and end tables assembled. So an additional $210 for delivery/assembly services and all trash is not hauled away. I know I could’ve came out cheaper renting a U-Haul, but they do have a NO REFUND policy so I wanted to make sure everything was in excellent shape fresh out the box/packaging upon delivery from their workers. Because if anything would have arrived anything less than what was expected they would have been returning the stuff right back and correcting my order. The delivery guys were nice enough to haul off the boxes/trash from the furniture for a small tip. Thanks again Armando and Carter for excellent delivery services.
