I’m a Dasher. I was waiting for my order, Another customer walked in (also a dasher), She was looking at the name on a bag in the Delivery Area. The Lady in the Picture then Yelled At Her “HEY DONT TOUCH THAT” , The Customer stated “Excuse me I was Just seeing if it was my order.” The manager proceeded to be rude to her , But she got her order to her. The Customer got Visibly upset as she was walking out . The manager Made loud & Rude Comment about the customer. I then Stated to Her , “You were very rude to her & Thats Just My Opinion standing here as a Customer.” The Manager Shrugged her shoulders and Stated, Oh Well, I don’t Care.” I was just trying to let her know how it looks to other customers while we’re Waiting on our food. I continued to wait on my order. When it came up, She called me over. As you know you have to confirm the order before you leave the store. As the app was completing the confirmation, She kept repeating “Show me the confirmation” I Stated , “Just a Minute it’s still loading”, as Soon As I turned my phone to show her it was completed she snatched the order out of my hand and said, “Oh well, you can Cancel it Now.” After an order is confirmed picked up, you can’t cancel it. I explained this to her, she Shrugged her shoulders AGAIN & Said “Oh well, Figure it out. I’m not giving you the order.” I reached for the Bag & this Lady Grabbed me by My Wrist and Pushed me. I called another manager (via phone call) explaining to her what happened & asked her if she could talk to her comanager because she was being rude & at that point had assaulted me. She called her on the phone, after this manager in the store hung up she turned around laughed in my face & said “What you thought calling her was going to do.” I was trying to stay as calm as Possible because the whole situation could have went left after she put her hands on me. I told the Manager that she was upset w’ me from the previous Customer & she couldn't take constructive criticism well. She continuously stated, “I don’t Care, I Don’t Care, Oh Well.” After a Few minutes of trying to Plead w’ her. I Grabbed My Order off the rack, she reached to Grab me again. I told her, “Do Not Touch Me Again.” She proceeded to Follow me to My Car & Stand behind me stopping me from leaving. On top of that Contacted Door dash & Made a False report. I did contact Police & Reports were Filed. This lady is a Manager & Her Customer Service is Horrible. The fact that she put her hands on me let’s me know that she don’t care about the Safety of the Store or Others. I Just could not believe She actually Grabbed me & Pushed me. I Hope someone Higher up Goes in & Review the Camera from last night because her behavior was very unacceptable. Read moreThis place is a disaster. Personnel is poorly trained. Awfull experience. Story: had a BOGO coupon. Placed order @ drive thru spot and told about the coupon, but it showed me on the screen full price of 2 burgers and was also told full price. I asked, why was it that much? Answ: "Until we see the coupon". okay, it would be nice if you let me know of that before you tell me a price that won't be when I pay. Response, Just pull up to the window, Sir. ... I pull up to the window and again,$25 dollars Sir...: Full price at me again. I say: wait a min. are you the one that took the order from me? No sir... Okay,.. doesn't it show you in my order that i mentioned a coupon? What coupon do you have Sir? That doesn't answer my question. Don't answer me with a question please. I was questioning their checkout system. Oh I'm sorry Sir, that they didn't tell you, but that's our policy. The other lady behind her back now yells at her, I did tell him!. I hear it, and say, I didn't say she didn't tell me,Geeee.. ( even thou she told me, it was after I had asked.) this is not going well. She was rude and should not be there. Sorry sir that's our policy she says again. Me: this is not about a policy mamm. Two things : 1) maybe you should tell in advance customers: this is not what you'll pay after we deduct the coupon you bring us at the window. 2nd ) maybe consider changing your system showing the customer has a coupon discount at the pay window. BTW: In the past they didn't even ask me to show the coupon, you just mention it and was enough. Maybe you should learn from BK. Now I was asked to pull up to the TY sign and wait there. After hitting the too sharp curve with my rear left tire I don't see any TY sign cause there is a big line in front of me. Anyway I get my order and a pink receipt stucked on the bag that shows full price. I'm really pissed off at this point. So I asked this lady- that seems to be a mngr. excuse me, how much did I end up paying for this order? It shows on the receipt, she replies. Is it wrong? Yes, I had a coupon... and they didn't give me a receipt at the window. Oh okay. do you want a receipt? Yes please. I had to wait another 10 min till she founds me the white receipt. Meal is getting cold. I say to her, why don't you train your people to ask " would you like a receipt" at the window to avoid all of this. As a matter fact maybe you should provide a receipt in every purchase but at least offer it. Now this manager start arguing with me that they didn't do anything wrong because those are their protocols. Everyone there seems to be rude and in a bad mood. Bad enviroment at this place. Read moreWe went last night on a late night ice cream run after a late night ER run, so unfortunately we were extremely exhausted. This is our go-to for ice cream and have never had an issue. Once a month I use a Bogo from GCM (Buy one get one ANY size concrete). We always get three, and I've never had an issue with the staff giving the two larger ones as Bogo. Last night they asked to see the coupon and two staff were at the window and one told me that it will take off the mini. So I told them I've never had that issue, and asked if there is a way they can fix that OR if we can just do two orders. She wasn't very friendly which of course instantly spiked my mood and said "we aren't taking two orders now"... so I said, "I come here quite often and never have this issue, can you please just help us with this coupon?" They close the window and there are now a good 5 staff members and a manager at the window. We waited for a minute or two, and they opened the window and asked to see the coupon. One of the staff says, well it does say ANY size...and the manager says, it's taking off the mini ice cream. I said I do understand that but can we fix it to where it does it somehow? The manager says "We can take it off and ring you for the two large and then you can drive around and wait for the mini"... of course that upset me and I said "that's crazy", and the rude staff member says "do you not see that line"... which set me off again. Like I do NOT like being rude towards any worker, but I just feel the time they spent arguing and trying to figure out the coupon, they could have just made it two orders. Also they usually hand the ice cream at the window, and made us pull around and wait a bit. Received the ice cream and it was melted. Again, I don't like having to stand my ground, and it may seem petty, but it was a LONG night and I felt it could have been handled...
