I did have to wait about 12 minutes before I was helped, but only due to the very talkative customer that was before me. The lady that helped me was professional, assuring, and confident. I called just about 5 minutes ago to check on my piece that I brought in for repair, she told me that it is finished and ready to go. Never in my life have I had a piece of jewelry repaired. I have no knowledge of how much it should cost. I was thinking anywhere from $30 to $150. To my surprise, the cost is lower than the $30 I had imagined. I wanted to take it someplace local but wound up taking it to Nasr's in Denton and they couldn't have been nicer. They didn't seem to think it wasn't worth their time.
