Buyers beware! No return policy!!

I just purchased 4 items, spending quite a bit of money ($196.00). Although I thought I liked the items, when I got back to Chicago and tried them on, I realized they did not flatter my figure. However, I was not able to return the items for credit, only for exchange. Being that I live in Chicago and am unlikely to visit Galena in the future, I was very disappointed in the policy. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that she was gone for two months. Ugh. Now I am stuck with items that I can't use. I will not return back. I don't know why the associates working Saturday felt the need to be so blatantly rude to my friends & to me. The first time, I thought nothing of it, it was a little busy... The second time, different associate, I blew it off as small store, not a lot of room... The final straw, one of my friends & I actually walked outside to "get out of the way" waiting for my other friends, & we had a third associate approach us outside in a very rude, completely uncalled for manner... I have never been treated like this & sadly...
