Very disappointed! I order a fresh flower Christmas tree from 800-Flowers for my mother who lives in Gallatin TN. The tree that was delivered did not even resemble the tree that was ordered. I cantacted the store manager and I explained that I wasn't satisfied with the flower tree that was delivered. Instead of her asking what she could do to make it better, she lectured me for ordering through 800-flowers. She asked me how much I spent and I informed her $100 plus shipping...She proceeded to tell me that it was my mistake to order with them and that she only made $64.00 from my order. She then told me that there's nothing she could do and if I had a problem to take it up with 800-flowers. Then she actually hung up on me. I was very appauld! About 20 minutes she called me back and apologized. She said that she spoke with her daughter who finished the tree and her daughter agreed that is really didn't look that good. She felt the need to owe me an apology...while blaming it on her daughter. While I accepted her apology, it doesn't take it away. She attempted to correct it by picking it up and trying to fix it. Unfortunately, it really didn't come close to the picture and didn't look much like a tree. After it was redelivered, no one reached out to me to ask if it satisfied things. Terrible PRODUCT, PROCESS and PEOPLE! So disappointing. $125...

Mattie Lou's Flower & Gift have done so many arrangements for myself and my family for various things and any time we have had anything delivered they have ALWAYS been on time and have always looked amazing! I have done business with other florist throughout the years and have been disappointed too many times for 1 reason or another and became very gun shy when it came to trusting a florist to deliver an arrangement that I wouldn't be embarrassed of. After I heard about Mattie Lou's and the great job they do, My family and I started using Mattie Lou's Florist and have been going to them for many years now and they have never disappointed, they have done so many beautiful arrangements for us. It's extremely rare for me to do a review but Mattie Lou's has went above and beyond with every arrangement they have done for us, they have added special details that we have requested on many occasions and they have always exceeded any expectations we could of had. I am shocked about the couple of negative reviews I read, I noticed they ordered online through international and knowing the work Mattie Lou's does I can't help but think there is a mistake whether it be from the online site they ordered from or what but I can honestly say that I've never seen any bad arrangements live or silk come from Mattie...
