AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & FILTHY. So I start my order with a barista goes by Chelle. Ordered 2 frappes with (and this is the barista terminology) extra shots of espresso, to where she cut me off and started arguing with me about how there is NO shots in a frappe, which Iknow full well from working at one YEARS earlier, ergo why I said "extra shot". Even after the fact, she continued to talk OVER me about my order above with her 'expansive barista knowledge' where I got annoyed. She didn't listen to my name, therefore she was calling someone else's name for my order. I snapped after this because of the level of rudeness. Little did I know that Chelle was the manager on duty. Here is where customer service should be paramount. Instead of taking a moment to make note of my complaint (after them snickering and pointing at me, talking on their headsets which I called them out on), I was THREATENED by the employee JOJO to either be FORCEFULLY REMOVED by him or to leave and call the cops because they wouldn't listen to or take my complaint. That ain't kosher, Mr. Jojo. You clock out and come find me if you want to make good on that threat. I'll make DAMNED sure you won't have to work another job again, full stop. I don't know how y'all handle shift changes, but is it required to ignore all customers and have a hug-out and complain of how tired they are? That's what happened at shift change. There were customers that had issue with them as well, to which I sided with them, calling out the employees manners and demeanor. Observations: *floor was dirty, dusty. *condiments/extras station was dirty, littered with straw sleeves and empty sweetener packets. *proper handwashing and safety protocols are not being followed. *employees not sanitizing their stations after preparing drinks. *Espresso beans were old. I worked for Starbucks and I know what OLD espresso beans taste like. *Food in display case, old and dried out, no evidence of hold times or expiration date notes/tabs. *Tables were dirty. Serving counter was covered in drink spots, drips and spills. *Improper sanitation practices This place needs an employee face-lift and a manager that knows what they are doing. Who ever owns this franchise better shape up or ship out these employees. This location is DOOMED if they dont get the right people in there that actually WANT a JOB, and not an 'obligated stay where they have to "deal" with customers', just to get paid. I am a local. And this is just.. terrible. Again AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO TO THE...
Read moreI am a Starbucks lover I waited two days thinking if I should write this review because it’s not a good one however if I don’t do it people would experience what I did I wished I could’ve came on here and seen the reviews I will trust these reviews better. Oohhh god let’s start with the cashier she charged me almost $25 dollars for two iced coffees and a brownie. She gave me the rudest answer that I wish not to disclose, after that she rolled her eyes when I said “can you please check I believe you are charging me a bit extra” to not be rude then all the workers have a little earpiece I really don’t know what’s the point of mimicking and making fun of customers orders in that establishment that’s exactly what I witnessed being there, the guys fairly tall skinny extremely rude he made fun of me when I asked if they can put the “white foam” on top of the drink extremely extremely unnecessary even a lady next to me knotted her head she said “ I paid and I’m already here but that guy has issues” the guy that was making the drinks I asked him what was the drink he was making he didn’t answer he told me I could look it up the menu after I saw him making my drink in the picture I posted it looks a whatever drink however when I sipped into it it was literally water with ice noooo coffee I paid for extra pump of soft top he did not even put it to begin with my friend threw her drink away the brownie was smushed like they did it in purpose. Ooohhh gawd I have a sense of the managers way of running the store with that type of people we should all send notification to the corp. I have been a member since 2007 I have proof to that I have countless of merchandise from them since 2007 my worst experience at...
Read moreTL;DR: Rude in general, too long and boring to detail here. Music is set to blow your head off and drive customers away. Either these folks should not be in retail/customer facing, or Starbucks is now doing this intentionally. Stopped while traveling to have a coffee and do some work for two hours. Music was incredibly loud in the seating area, which has concrete flooring and all glass walls - very acoustically harsh and reflective. Me: Just wanted to let you know that he music out here is incredibly loud. Employee #1: Oh, yeah - uh-huh (I later realized this meant, "I don't care; I'm not doing anything about it; I like it that way") Me (20 minutes later on the verge of a migraine, talking to employee #2): Hey, the music out in the seating area is really, really loud; can you please turn it down? Employee #2: Ok, I'll tell them (whoever the hell "them" is... there were only three people working there). I don't know if they can though, I think that's as quiet as it goes. Me (with a look that says we can smell your lies from the parking lot): I'm sure they can turn it down...
