I was blown away at how bad my experience was tonight! I came into the store with my three kids after work. Tired but really looking forward to switching over to Cricket. Came into two teenagers being loud playing around about leaving to go somewhere, the associate talking Spanish to her customers, talking Spanish was not the issue it was what they where saying what bothered me. Lets just say TMI!! The girl that helped me was very helpful. Let me know about the phones and what i would need to switch my line over. I then proceeded to retrieve all information she needed as well as call my husband to pick up the kids. I walked back in to even more kids hanging out I didn't know who worked there and who didn't. Then another three kids came back with pizza! The girl tried to help me with her pizza in hand! I was having trouble getting my account number from the other company. So I told her I would have to be back. It blew me away at how UNPROFESSIONAL it was! It was beyond me how they where acting! I am still upset at how Cricket would allow there employees to behave in this matter. I was taught you are there to work not play around but I guess that rule doesn't apply at Garden City...
