Hobby Lobby — Local services in Garden City

I love hobby lobby and love to shop there but recently I had a bad experience. I bought an easel and on the way out I noticed that the paint was peeling so I turned around and was gonna exchange it but they told me they would just do a return and then give me an extra 10% off. I had paid the first time with cash and then the lady told me to swipe my card. I was a little confused but the lady reassured me that they money would go back on there. A month later it turns out the money did not go back on my card but I just paid twice for the easel that is chipping with paint. I am not happy about that but I don’t know what to do about it now. The manager at this certain hobby lobby made us feel very unwanted and uncomfortable. The second me and my sister walked in we noticed the manager staring us down like we already did something bad. But we ignored it and continued with our shopping, but we kept seeing her following us and we kept hearing her asking each employee "how's the recovery" like it was some code. We would see her at every corner following us, so we took it as a sign to check our stuff out and leave. As we were getting our items checked out she walked passed us super close behind us. What an awesome and never ending assortment of holiday decorations!! If you can think of it, Hobby Lobby seems to have it! Sad to realize Hobby Lobby in Dodge City has closed, but the friendly staff in Garden City made it doable! Floor attendants and register clerks were all very helpful and smiled.
