I love Francesca’s and love all the clothes I’ve gotten from them! The employees are always so nice and helpful! EXCEPT the most recent time the manager was very rude and told me to “not touch the clothes so hard” and was very cold and unfriendly when me and my friends were talking to the cute nice employee. Then there was 30 minutes until closing and my friend was about try on a dress and she said “um we’re getting ready to close” with harsh tone and a glare. and she was loved it was interested in buying it. I adore Francesca's (Boise Towne Square location)! They have the cutest dresses and tops in there. The staff is always great. I am planning family photos and was able to find the dress I needed but in the wrong size. The sales assistant was sweet and called the other location to see if they possibly had my size. They did! They confirmed skus to make sure it was the right dress. I appreciate the extra service they gave me today. Not all stores are friendly like they are here. ...

Just wanted to say that I have repeatedly had an excellent experience here because of Jenny the person who was working around noon today. She's helped me style looks and find outfits at the last second. She seems to find a real joy in helping people style their looks and knows what she’s doing.
