BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Garfield Township

I get being friendly in customer service, but I’m not you’re “ sweetie darling or honey!” I just waited 25 minutes for two coffees!! Maybe if you didn’t spend so much time on the microphone and call everybody names that you shouldn’t You guys would have more time to be faster and more efficient at getting orders out the window.. Not sure whose idea it was not to have a inside service so that people don’t have to wait so long the food obviously slows everyone down tremendously. I go out of my way to come to this Biggby location because the staff is so amazing especially Deanne! She is like a ray of sunshine, always puts a smile on my face with her unparalleled customer service. This location is easily accessible driving, and even when they are very busy they get through each order impressively fast! I LOVE the seasonal lattes and seasonal cold brew coffees, but my #1 go to is the golden honey latte. The food selection is limited (this is a compact location so very understandable) but is decent and at a reasonable price point. We 🤎 our local biggby!! I frequent the south airport location and they’re extremely consistent. Alicia is often at the window when I arrive and she couldn’t be any sweeter!!! I’m pretty sure one day I was crying at the window because I was having a hard mom day and her kindness made my afternoon so much better!! I always get my ordered read back to me and it’s NEVER been wrong!!
