TLDR: The #1 clothing thrift store in TC
Pros: Seen this place evolve over the years and they have consistently offered quality items at reasonable prices. Very organized and fairly clean. About %70 of their inventory is clothing and the rest of it is a mixed lot of things. Prices appear to be good to average. Inventory rotation is average. Employees are usually nice and very helpful. They carry true vintage clothing! Most of the clothing appears to be inspected, never found any flaws. Offer rewards punch card.
Cons: Do not buy their electronics; I've made that mistake several times, they are basically guaranteed to be non-functional.
Overall a solid resale store I'd recommend visiting if you need quality clothing at reasonable prices and don't want to pick through the junk...
Read moreI used to like this store, but now they are “looking stuff up” and putting eBay prices on items, like this Eddie Bauer jacket for $65. What these people don’t seem to understand is: eBay has a much, much larger reach than this little store in northern Michigan. When I buy a used jacket, for example, on eBay, I don’t have to spend time sorting through Walmart and target clothes to find a decent shirt. Thrift stores are fun, but not when a cool item is eBay price. You’re getting this stuff for free, so who cares if someone else wants to buy it for $20 and sell it for $60 on eBay? Both parties are winning here.
You know it’s bad when goodwill is now the cheap...

People who work here are nose blind. They have little selection of clothing and expensive if it's anything name brand. $18 for a regular North Face hoodie??? There was one item which had no price tag so I took it to the lady at the register as I checked out. She told me she couldn't sell it until she can see how much she can price it correctly and to come back in am hour. What!?!?? Wierd lady....
