This was previously the best fast food in town. Even the service was good back in the day. Unfortunately both have fallen off a cliff. I had a big fish sandwich, fries, a diet coke and a vanilla shake. The big fish, now literally a shadow of its former self, was a big disaster. Here's what was on the sandwich - the fish, an adhesive blob of processed cheese, and the bun. That's it. No tartar sauce, no dill pickles, no lettuce. Dry as a bone. I took off the bottom half of the bun because the sandwich was literally unpalatable. I would have needed a second beverage to moisten it enough to swallow a mouthful of both buns. I realize the decision to cut the fish portion down to a thin layer is a corporate call and the local store can't do anything about that. But they can pay attention to the rest of the ingredients. And the price? $9.89! Unbelievable. The fries I had must have had all the moisture pressed out of them before they were pitched into the fryer, then pressed again when they came out. They were dry and tasteless. No salt, no ketchup in the bag. The best parts of the meal were the diet coke and the shake. The service was indifferent, to be diplomatic. The order taker argued with me over whether I was getting a straight order or a meal. I asked him what the difference was. He lectured me about the contents of my order vs the contents of a meal. What I really wanted to know was the price difference. He didn't know for sure but said it was somewhere between 20 and 40 cents. The window person who delivered my order was actually prompt and efficient, the highlight of my experience, though even she was perfunctory in terms of customer engagement. And for this privilege I paid $14.50. YMMV but I will never visit this...
Read moreI've ordered the Impossible Whopper from several Burger Kings before and never had a problem before. We were running thru the drive through on the way back from work and ordered one. It wasn't until getting home that I opened it up and saw that it was burnt completely black. Disappointing, but I understand that things happen. We couldn't get right back to ask it to be remade or a refund, so a few hours later we go back and see if I can get it remade. We bring both the unsandwich and the receipt in.
It was a horrible experience. The manager was bad talking my partner loudly in the back, saying we couldn't come back hours later and ask for a refund without a receipt (which we showed him). Then said "it's not burnt, they all come like this, it is char broiled." Um no this is black as a hockey puck. We had the sandwich opened in front of this guy and just unbelievable the blatant lying that was happening. He was ignored for a long time, clearly they just hoped he'd give up and we would not get a refund or sandwich remade.
I've never heard of any manager so blatantly rude to a customer for a sandwich being burnt! A remake or refund for the $7 sandwich was all we asked for. It was not our fault that they burnt the sandwich, and we were respectful despite the way we were treated after just asking for it to...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. they not only undervalue the customers, they treat the employees just as bad, i worked here and hated it. not only was i undervalued as a worker the employees here are extremely two faced, they would say extremely rude things about me behind my back only because i learned a little slower than most. they lose more people than they hire if not that its pretty even on both sides, they don't function at all like the other burger king branches. they never respect the customers opinion in a professional fashion. they have recently had a infestation problem they refuse to solve (rats and bugs in the processed foods. AVOID THIS PLACE FOR YOUR SAKE IT IS A...
