I ordered furniture online and was contacted by an employee that completed most of the order, but said that he had to go on a delivery and he would finish when he got back or the next day and give me a call. After waiting for 2 weeks for him to call me, I called to cancel the order and request a refund. This employee told me that the give refunds from the drawer and they were slow and didn't have it at that time but he could send me a cashier's check. After waiting for the cashier's check for over a week, I called again and they said it might take longer. By now we're 2 months after the initial order with no furniture, no refund, and no answers. So I call again and a different guy tells me they don't do refunds via cashier's check, that it has to come from the district manager. Not to mention how adamant he was on trying to control me and tell me that there's no way someone told me that I would get a refund through a cashier's check. To make this story shorter, I got store credit....seriously, like I'm going to order from this place again. I got robbed....plain and simple and I can comfortably tell you that they don't care. We purchased a property to use as a vacation rental property, unfortunately, due to a “worldwide foam shortage” (what’s next?) the estimated time of arrival is completely unknown. Stuck with no furniture in our living room, and rental season upon us, I called the store and they could not have been more helpful! Within a few days we had a beautiful sofa and love seat set and a separate loveseat to fill in our living room. Really nice quality. Our property is about 50 minutes away from the store, they delivered the furniture on time, with a smile, and for no cost. We are planning to only need the furniture for a month, but Melanie, the store manager, was looking to accommodate us as much as possible. She set us up for one month, and then let us know that if we needed it for a longer time, on a week to week basis, just let her know.
