It is amazing the amount of incompetence I’ve dealt with since buying furniture from Aaron’s on Cox Road! Biggest mistake I’ve made in years! Miss Kat has been great to deal with, But The delivery people can’t seem to figure out what to do, standing couches on end, scraping them up, breaking them, and leaving them behind, the wood in the couch was damaged because they stood it up on end, and the other end of the leather was scraped away because they slid it on concrete. They gave me a discount because one side was scraped up, but I didn’t see the other side was literally broken! Thanks for the discount for taking your garbage! Call and talk to DJ, and his managerial skills are extremely poor! Of course he blamed it on the other store and said he got it from the other store which I told him is absolutely irrelevant because it’s in my living room now and I bought it from him. They have no idea when they’re going to be able to get a repair man out, DJ told me the repair man has three other Jobs and does this on the side for them....

This is the worse place to rent from and I will never rent again I told the manager a month ago that I want to return my box spring and rails that I only got 2 months ago and he keep giving me the run around about picking it up like they dont have a Aarons in Charlotte to pick it up not one of the locations in Charlotte will pick it up and they are on the same street and this location still haven scheduled a time or day to come pick it up just keep blowing my phone up that's harassment. So now you keep charging me and talking about its going to charge off on my credit but you haven't made a effort to pick it up. Definally...

Very friendly staff. Always fine ways to fix problems. However, delivery and pickup of items are rarely on schedule. Delivery is usely on promised day but exact time is never specified. When wait for them to pickup items to return you can have to wait days. Currently, I have been waiting three (3) days for them to pickup and have been promised twice that the items would be picked up that afternoon after calling and requesting them come. It is not the first time this has happened though. So, I am sharing...
