the cashier didn’t know what she was doing, so she charged me 80 dollars for something i didn’t pay for. when i told her about it she told me to reswipe my card after i told her i didn’t want that item. the first payment processed and it charged 80 dollars to my account and i didn’t even authorize the purchase. when i told her about the problem, she told me to call my bank, or wait til the other lady is working to talk to her about it. it’s been 3 days and i still haven’t received my 80 dollars back. i will take this review down once my money is put back...

GREAT customer service…, Everyone was so helpful . Fan Cave had appeal that I couldn’t find anywhere else . Also, they have a huge selection . The only concern I have about Fan Cave is that , it may close for lack of business within the Mall . The store deserves a better location . I would hate to see such a great store with great customer service skills go downhill because...
