The unprofessionalism that I have witnessed first hand from this company and the extremely rude manner in which they treat their paying CUSTOMERS is appalling. Frankly I don’t know how they’re still in business or have been in business as long as they have. The unfortunate part for this company (especially during these pandemic and tough times for businesses) is word of mouth and referrals are even more important to keeping customers loyal and retaining new ones. Good business is based so much upon integrity and this company from the top management down to the sales people have shown that is not big on their list of strengths or priorities. Very quick to take your money and feed you promises but absolutely horrible and incompetent follow through process- even down to employees disrespecting their own customers and calling them names. Unless you are a glutton for punishment and want months upon months of headaches and stress, I would advise you to steer clear of...

Worst experience ever, first we were ordering a secong set of cabinets because we had a flood in a brand new factory made boca home, we paid in full and were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks...after week 4 my husband perzonally spoke with the owner about delivery and not to drive up to our front door due to septic system, he did exactly that, right over it. Then after that never was mentioned to us that we needed the cabinets all to be in order our "not even solid surface countertops" so after all this 5 plus weeks after the cabinets arrived had to and basically yell to order our countertops which amazingly were the exact dimensions we had sent since it was a factory built brand new home, so now we are at 10+ weeks and now our island has a totally different trim on "accident " . I would never ever go through them or reccomend anyone to use them. AMY SUE IS ALSO VERY COMBATIVE.. Such a horrible...

My husband and I are just finishing a kitchen remodel in our Michigan home, and we cant thank AmySue and the good people at Advance enough for all they have done for us. This planning process has crossed state lines as well as a calendar year, due to our two home locations, and without AmySue's great committment to communication and her scheduling around our availability, the whole thing would have been impossible! Her professionalism as well as sweet personality were sheer gifts to us, and we have ended up with a beautiful dream kitchen, and a good friend who feels like a daughter.
