We brought in a bunch of clothes and crib bedding. After a few minutes of shopping the girls behind the counter told us that the clothes were outdated. They also asked to break up the full set of bedding I had which I was glad to do but they had mixed all my stuff with another persons so I had no idea what they took out of mine and I got $7 for it. When I asked she said it’s in the basket buried as they were adding more to the pile. I was a little disappointed in how they handled buying items. I said I would like to donate whatever is left and the girl said we’re not a goodwill we don’t take donations it’s illegal for us to do that. Then she told me where to find the goodwill. I gave them 2 stars because the pricing on some of their items are decent. The store reminds me of a giant yard sale just a little higher prices. The books I saw ranged from $1-$8. I also saw some clothes that had stains selling for $2-$3 and we purchased some books that had writing all over in them. So make sure to look everything over...

Twice Trendy Tots in Gaylord is an unprofessional business, the staff there are so stuck up, disrespectful and rude. I had the WORST experience EVER. I donated over 300$ worth of things, including toys, a bathtub, a pregnancy pillow, toys and ect… Most of the things I gave them were name brand things with tags still on them, things that were BRAND NEW, never worn, the lady told me WORD FOR WORD, “we only take clothes that are in style” and “Sorry but we aren’t Salvation Army, maybe you should go there” she made me feel like my things weren’t good enough. They only wanted to offer me 8.00 for EVERYTHING! ! Now mind you the money wasn’t a big deal to me, I just wanted to give my items to another momma in need, but the fact that she was snotty, rude and said that to me, I just can’t believe it! I will never go...

I'll give the 2 stars for the cute clothes I did find an the prices were right but we went there for the 5$ fill bag off the clearance. First problem there was nothing on the clearance racks so you ended up just buying off the normal racks not a big deal prices are good but the biggest problem I seen was the STAFF!!! Wow rude very stuck up an beyond snotty no help at all the looks on the faces when u walked in, asked a question, anything was pure disgust hopefully different people get hired because it's a shame if people stop going an the store don't make it because the staff is down right horrible an from the looks of it plenty of people feel this way......
