The employee Daniel always goes above and beyond and so do the one or two guys that normally come with Daniel but the management or whoever runs the place needs to get more organized and work better on his customer service. I had bought a nice Whirlpool washer and dryer from them didn't have any issues until the dryer latch started acting up had him come replace it multiple times they were supposed to come exchange the dryer but then showed up with the dryedoor and asked me if I had the other parts like I was supposed to have them on hand. And since I paid for a warranty I believe that on them then they told me the parts were out of stock through Whirlpool as soon as I got off the phone with them I called Whirlpool gave him the model numbers and they have all the parts for this dryer and in stock and I can have it sent here overnight still 2 months later I don't have a working dryer they're still hounding me about making my insurance payment but they've yet to fix the dryer or exchange it and other than talking to Daniel at the one here in Gaylord everyone else keep saying they're going to call back and they never do and then when we call back they try to tell us that they've called us and we both have car ID both have voicemail never get nothing so I would like to see them have a little better customer service on the management side like when there's a problem get on taking care of it when the people have been paying their bill for this nice washer and dryer they have kids they both work can't do laundry you still want your money but I have faulty equipment and you're dragging your feet but when it comes time for us to make a payment you called days early bugging knowing we don't get...

I have stated many times to them when I get paid, it should have been updated in the system. Calling me 5 times a day isn't going to get you money when someone didn't have it.
