While in line, the woman who ordered before me received the wrong item. She brought it up to her, and they seemed upset but gave her the correct item. I was next, and the same woman took my order. I got outside, and my order was wrong, too. I went back in and said my order was wrong. The woman who took my order didn't even acknowledge my presence. Someone else came up. The person came out and came across a bit snippy and accused me of being wrong because she read the board. (I didn't get a receipt for the original order, but it was $30, so it seemed right for what i ordered) She then said they would remake it, but I would have to pay the difference. Never before have I been told this at any takeout/ fast food place. I don't often complain about the food if it's a similar item, but I ordered a bacon and cheese whopper and got a bacon cheeseburger. The food was good, so I can't complain about that, but the service...

I visit this location frequently and never have any issues but tonight when I put my To go order for a trio deal with a drink. When my food came it was put on a dine in tray when I said the order was to go then I left all the way home and noticed I was not given my drink. I then go all the way back and ask the manager for my drink and if I could have another for the inconvenience of them forgetting to give me it and that now I have to eat my food cold and she tells me no that I was there and I could of said something. I then told her it is not my job to remind them to complete my order and have everything I paid for on it to which she reply’s no have a good night. Incredibly rude management to tell me it’s my job to make sure I get what all I paid for? Won’t be revisiting for a while with how they treat...
