Starbucks — Restaurant in Gaylord

We have ordered from this starbucks two times this last week and each time our order was not even close to being correct. The first time this happened this week we went back and had our orders remade, I shouldnt have to go back again. This was our go to starbucks because we always got the best serivce and our coffee was good but what in the heck happened? I gave this a 2 star because sometimes its good, but mostly its not. I wish I was getting what I ordered especially because I am spending 8 dollars...

The lady’s in there are nice but they have no business being in customer service.. my girlfriend ordered a single drink and watched numerous people walk out with their order before receiving hers even though she ordered long before the others and THEN we get out to our car to realize that there was a hole in the cup which then leaked the drink all over my car.. 10/10 worst customer...

I love coming here, don't get me wrong, but the seating is a bit awkward and limited, there aren't enough outlets for people who plan to stay and work for a while, and the booths at some of the tables are falling apart.
