A very disappointing experience with Rosemary & Pepper Flower Co. As if a wedding can't be stressful enough, Rosemary & Pepper was near the top of the list for added to the day.
After the $600 dollar price tag for the bride and throw bouquets, the cala lilies were the wrong color, bouquets were delivered late. The tulips to be delivered with the bouquets did not make it. The driver, (according to the owner in a post wedding discussion) was 'new'. The driver then had to drive the 30+ minutes to pick up the tulips only to have to turn around for the 30+ minute drive back to the wedding/reception location. Keeping in mind the flowers were already late....as the decorator, the lateness of bouquets, the extreme lateness of the tulips caused me to be decorating while guested looked on as I completed the arch sprays and centerpieces(the other flower order of flowers from an online source were beautiful and on time). The bride was stalled in order to complete the details. My presence was requested at the ceremony but I missed it due to the late deliveries. A post ceremony/reception conversation with the flower shop did not satisfy nor deliver as promised. Aside from using the excuse of a new driver, the shop also, shockingly asked "well, they got there in time for the reception, didn't they?" The flowers were ordered for the sprays AND the centerpieces. The bride had an email with the order, the shop said she would check her notes, she had nothing on file to prove the change of colors, "we spoke at the time of the order and the bride was okay with the change and she agreed when I showed her how they would look." AND, that is beside the point. The product was not delivered, nor as requested. The "best I can do is 1/2 off the cost of the tulips, I'll mail the check today". So, after all of that, the only rectifications were excuses and a check that has not arrived as of yet, the wedding was a month ago. Definitely do not recommend Rosemary &...
Read moreThis place is a Joke... I paid 750$ for a tuxedo.... they have a policy, that if a person renting a tuxedo is to cancel the rental, They are responsible for 50% of the costs...!? I totally get that... but i was not renting... I was purchasing... and to start things off, I was measured improperly to start... im not a seamstress, but I even know that is easier to take fabric out then it is to have to add some... my jacket was no where near the right size, could hardly move and couldn't even button the pants... not to mention the shirt didn't even fit... top button not even close... and now I'm out a bunch of money because I decided to go elsewhere.... I was never told about this return policy nor did I sign anything agreeing to such a policy or I would have never gave them any cash.... I will be calling corporate "JFW"on this matter... I think it is completely unexceptable and just out right wrong that I am being shorted on my return.... like I said I was not even renting the tuxedo, I was purchasing one... and the jacket was not custom fit... I work hard for my money and for this place to just keep a share of the money is not Right...
Guess the customer isn't always right... They just get screwed over... To this company: I would suggest a purchasing agreement added to the bottom of the receipt with the rental agreement as well for future people who are obviously gonna be screwed over....

Read moreWorst customer service experience ever! When a business tells you they will have something done, they should do it, and when they don’t they should not blame everyone and every thing else for it not being done. Late trucks, it takes time blah blah blah. When someone is paying you for something they expect it. Your excuses do not matter. What did you expect other than rudeness when you, simply refused to own your mistake and that you screwed up. Then to have a man come out, as if that’s going to intimidate me or make me think twice about the words I choose, that’s even worse customer service, appalling and just creepy. After reading others reviews (that I wish we had checked prior) it seems like this is how you operate and it’s no wonder your store looks like a ghost town. So glad I didn’t give you any business! I will die on this hill, if I’m paying you to do something I shouldn’t have to sugar coat it, “get it done” is not dehumanizing it’s simple and to the point. The way you treat people, I would have hate to have seen...
