This is my first time EVER to write a review from my experience at Cali & Chance boutique. One star was just way too much from my experience that I received today at 3:30pm. My family recently moved to a house with in Geneva. Then I saw, which I thought it was a sweet and welcoming and I was ready to shop for myself, gifts and a few holidays decorations. Sadly, I was ignored the whole entire time when I was there. I did asked for help and I received one of the worst customer service by a woman who was there today. Visited this store with a couple friends today. We walked up to the door which was unlocked and entered. We were met by a woman that seemed shock we were In the store. I said are you open. She replied I’m getting ready to and I replied is it ok if we come in she turned her back. Could not have been colder. I was embarrassed because I have frequented this store many times and spent a fair amount of money there I told my friends that this was a great shop. We left because it was so frigid in there. Terrible customer service! Terrible clothing quality! Terrible return policy! I bought a way over priced pair of jeans & after wearing them twice they had ripped in multiple spots that were not along any seam. When I tried returning them, the sales associate attempted to convince me that I didn’t buy them at her store. She then informed me that there was absolutely nothing she could do. No store credit or discount. By far the most unsympathetic person I’ve ever met. I didn’t even get an apology.
