Best customer service! I needed gifts for my nephews during quarantine and was having issues attempting to place online order. I called the store and John took the time to shop the store for me for multiple items based only on the descriptions of what I was looking for. He delivered the items personally within the expected timeframe. I asked to have the toys gift-wrapped and John did an awesome job. He even included 2 toy cars with decal stickers in my delivery for each of my nephews. John truly went above and beyond for the customer, I hope Learning Express knows it is employees like him that set their store and brand above the competitors.
