I genuinely enjoy this location, but based on my most recent visit (11/13/25), I feel it is fair to give it 3 stars.
To start with the positives: the store was very clean, and I was greeted when I walked in. However, the overall customer service during my visit left me disappointed. The associate who assisted me—Alyssa, who I later learned is a sales lead—did not provide the level of service I expected.
I came in specifically to purchase two charms for a Christmas gift, but only one was available. When I asked whether there were additional charms in stock, she replied that “everything we have is what’s out,” without attempting to check. I ended up looking around the store myself. When I asked if she could call another location to check availability, she responded that even if she called, the other store wouldn’t hold anything due to the Black Friday sale. While I understand policies, the tone felt dismissive rather than helpful.
I also mentioned that I was browsing for stackable rings for my Oura ring. Again, her demeanor appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting. Despite that, I still decided to purchase stackable rings totaling over $100. I kindly asked if she could clean them before I left. She did clean them, but afterward, she placed them back into the foam display case by essentially tossing them in rather than handling them with care. I also did not receive any proper packaging for my purchase, which added to the frustration.
As someone who has worked in the retail industry for over 10 years, I truly value good customer service, professionalism, and basic courtesy. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and far below the standard I would expect—especially from someone in a leadership role.
I still love this location and believe it has great potential, but the customer service I experienced highlights a need for better training and consistency. Customers should feel respected, valued, and properly assisted from...
Read moreOk so this happened about a week ago and i was hesitant about writing a review but i thought i should because this ridiculous what happened. I went into the store to get my ring that i have had for 3 month’s replaced because one of the stones fell out. I have gotten this ring replaced 2 times now within the past year for the exact same reason WITH NO PROBLEM: (pandora replaces there rings with any manufacturer defects if it’s been within a yea) until i went this past time. i go in and i tell the lady what has happened and i explain to her that this would be the 3rd ring i have gotten replaced. immediately she kinda had a little bit of a smart attitude with me probably because i was younger (i’m 18). and she asked me “do you sleep in it and wear it in the shower and wash your hands.” i say yes. so then she began to tell me that they can’t replace it because it’s not a manufactured defect because i sleep, shower, and wash my hands in it and that’s why the stones fell out. i then told her that the stone fell out when i was at work and that i am ALWAYS washing my hands and i am using heavy machinery. (i am i CNA). she still said that there was nothing they could do and it wasn’t there fault. every other times i have went to pandora to get my ring replaced they have NEVER asked me those questions they have always replaced my ring without ANY questions. i even told her that. and still nothing. i think this girl just had something out for me or it’s just the fact of who’s right and who’s wrong i don’t know but very poor customer service here. don’t recommend at all. i ended up going to a different pandora and they replaced my ring with a brand new one with no issues whatsoever. this place needs to...
Read moreFirst, allow me to state that I did try to contact the district manager before writing this review, after waiting over a week she never returned my call. I attempted to enter the store around 8:30, only to discover the doors were locked. There were two employees inside, on looked up and glared at me and ignored me when I tried to ask if they were closed. Upon checking Google, it stated the store was open until 9pm. Only wanting clarification, I returned to the door to get the attention of the employees. The second employee looks at me and says "Oh my God" while rolling her eyes. She comes to the door full of attitude and no customer service. She rudely explains that they are still following winter hours, and they closed at 8. I then ask for the contact information of her district manager. When she comes back with a card, that's when she wants to act like she wants to answer my questions. I have worked in retail before, all I wanted was to be treated like a person not a burden and have my questions answered. Will not be returning to...
