Jamba — Restaurant in Geneva Township

This time (3/1/19 @1:30pm) the girl taking our order was very sweet and provided great customer service. Although, the other bigger (african american?) man usually takes our order always acts like theres stick shoved up his a** and continues to roll his eyes every. single. time. I was charged for extra banana and granola and wasn’t given either. My friend ordered a bowl without banana but was given them. I thought it would be easier to put her bananas in my bowl but as I got up and took a step towards them to ask, I was shouted at to move back by the larger man. At that point I felt the need to move back as he looked like he was going hurt me. I apologized for my mistake but was glared at instead. I would not be surprised if he spit in my bowl. Only go to this location if you want to ruin your day. Usually you would think that if someone doesnt like their job, they’d find another but i’ve seen this man hate his job for the past few months. I really do hope he finds happiness. I guess I lost my only açaí bowl fix. Anyone have any good açaí...

I just left this Jamba Juice, have been a couple times before and always had a pleasant experience. I just left there in tears for the teen employees working there. The manager was screaming at them to work faster when she was having a conversation with customers about her retiring. She also complained about those teen employees to the customers which is EXTREMELY unprofessional. She mentioned that she is moving to San Diego next month when she retires, however I feel action needs to be taken. I understand the store was busy, but then don't sit there and have a conversation, she should have been helping them with the drink orders. The staff at this location was very rude and had no sense of customer service or urgency. There was 6 employees working and not one person was smiling or greeting customers. I literally stood in front of the person at the cash register staring at her for a minute waiting to be looked at or acknowledged. There was 2 other customers in front of me and we all waited a good 15 mins to get our drinks and I ended up getting mine before them. The 'go-getter' smoothie tasted gross but I drank it anyways and while I was in Forever 21 trying on clothes I had to SPRINT out of the store to not throw up inside. I was violently puking in the parking lot and a woman even stopped to make sure I was okay. It ruined my shoes. This was 100% food poisoning. Be careful going here. Worst Jamba...
