Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Geneva Township

The overall quality seems to be lower at this location and i wouldnt be shocked if it was the same everywhere else no offense. Or it may had been one employee, but I spent over 25 bucks for my food and got hot soup to help my swore throat. The one thing I wanted most, the soup, was no more than 2 or 3 tiny plastic spoon fulls worth. I feel ripped off. Not upset, just surprised that nobody has reached out to try to compensate me or anything at all. Don't let people skimp you brothers and sisters. Unfortunately it was a delivery and I did not check the food 1st, funny how nowadays we have to pay before we get our product...kinda like being heldguilty before being proven innocent. And no this is not the first time I've seen this company servings sizes decrease. Lol While...

2 stars because the food was edible. That's about the only positive thing I can say. I paid $15 for a small fish of pasta and some bread. The small was SMALL. I would be pressed to even say it was a side dish's worth. And it did not look appetizing. It reminded me of when a TV dinner looks delicious on the box, but then you open it and see the truth. EVERY table was FILTHY. Food scraps, dirty dishes, garbage. It was gross. And, even though I dined in, everything was served to me on plastic with disposable silverware. In the end, I paid $15 to eat in filth and leave hungry. Will NOT...

I regretted we went there on Sunday for lunch. That restaurant was very dirty everywhere, all tables dirty and couldn't find one clean to seat on so I asked for a clean up,, sticky chairs, carpet ....and the restrooms nasty splashed everywhere and untidy. This place needs a complete pro detailed wash or full reno. Sitting down here for lunch it was very uncomfortable and I almost ask for a refund and leave but I didn't want to make feel bad my guests who even they noticed it. Not even the food tasted like in other locations. Not fair...
