Five Guys — Restaurant in Geneva Township

Pricey and the cheeseburgers here are not that great. Prices that will make your head spin!!! Beware!!! Don't be a sucker! $27 for two cheeseburgers and two large fry and NO drink (fry portions here are skimpy potatoes are cheap in this country so why does this place give you so little? corporate greed) but hey peanuts here are free scoop up some I didn't come there to eat peanuts..haha Cheeseburgers here are average nothing really special about them except the fact that they are smaller in size than at your typical mom and pop place like at Happy Dog West Chicago. placed an order and it was made wrong and undercooked may 2nd(literally got a free shake when picking up order bc they messed up a choc shake), was promised a refund may3, may 10 comes around I call and was promised a call back in 45 mins when next shift manager came in no call back, may 17 comes and I call back no answer so I call customer support they issue me a refund right away, then I hear from richie Friday may 19 and he can’t do it because they rebooted his system and gives the option of waiting until Monday or him calling back later. I’ve never been to five guys before and lemme tell ya. It is good. I pulled in on Friday night and had hard time finding parking spot. Surprisingly it wasn’t too crowded inside I think it’s just a layout of Geneva commons “ downtown strip” part. A lot of people get dinner on Friday night and all the restaurants are back to back to each other in a small area. The food was good. It’s crazy how fast 5 employees aka 5 guys can work in a high pace environment. The fries were awesome. I air fried leftovers the next day for breakfast and for dinner. The burger was cooked just the way it is supposed to. My husband called this place a Chipotle of Taco Bell but American cuisine. Love it. What have I been waiting...
