Our evening at the restaurant was nothing short of fantastic! On their very first night open, they delivered an experience that felt like they’d been perfecting it for years. The service was absolutely top-notch—attentive, welcoming, and seamless.

We kicked things off with the Dipping Trio, and it set the bar high. The presentation was stunning, but it was the flavor that stole the show. Each dip brought its own unique depth and character, yet they harmonized beautifully as a trio—an absolute must-try.

For the main course, we went all-in on tacos, and wow, what a lineup! First, the Lamb Taco—rich, tender, and layered with bold, thoughtful flavors. Then came the Shrimp Taco, a vibrant and perfectly balanced bite of coastal freshness. We wrapped up with the Pork Belly Taco, which was nothing short of indulgent, with a depth of flavor that left us savoring every moment. Each taco was a masterpiece in its own right.

We’re already counting down the days until our next visit. If this is how they start, we can’t wait to see...

Wow — what an absolutely amazing place! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away. The drinks were superb — not just in taste but also in presentation. Truly next level! 🍹✨

The food? To die for. Every bite was savory, bursting with flavor, and perfectly balanced. The appetizers — the corn ribs and taquitos dorados — are a MUST. And the tacos? 🤩 You cannot leave without trying the Ribeye and Bone Marrow tacos — rich, flavorful, and unforgettable. 🌮🔥

The staff was so attentive and genuinely cared about making the experience special. We sat at the bar since there was no available tables. I can’t say enough about the bartenders Jerry and Esme — every single recommendation they gave my friend and I was spot on. Their hospitality and attention to detail took everything over the top.

REVOLUCIÓN is a new mezcal and tequila bar in downtown Geneva. I found it through Facebook as the owners own another restaurant (Hacienda Real) that I am a fan of. I particularly wanted to try this one because of their tapas style plates and some of the food listed in their menu like lamb barbacoa tacos which are authentic and hard to find. The staff were welcoming and very attentive throughout the night. They were super accommodating as I asked for a bigger table if they had one available as some of the 2 person tables were a bit smaller. Our server Rosa was so awesome, she was excited to chat about the food and drinks and really knew her stuff. Although it's tapas style the portions are pretty generous so come prepared to eat a whole meal lol not a bad thing just good to know for future visits. They are advertised as a bar but their food is great for a sit down dinner and drinks. It looks like they might have a DJ for future weekend nights as well. Will definitely...
